Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность механизма антикризисной диагностики хозяйствующего субъекта. Приводится классификация проблем применения инструментов антикризисной диагностики на эндогенные и экзогенные. На основе анализа 30 отечественных предприятий, работающих в сфере коммерческой недвижимости, разрабатывается система финансовых показателей антикризисной диагностики и балльная модель оценки устойчивости финансового состояния.
