Abstract

В статье анализируется национальный Проект «Содействие повышению уровня финансовой грамотности населения и развитию финансового образования в Российской Федерации». Указано, что успех реализации Проекта во многом определяется применением системного подхода. Рассматриваются принципы, на которых будет выстраиваться система взаимоотношений между субъектами в процессе разработки и реализации комплекса мероприятий по повышению уровня финансовой грамотности граждан. В зависимости от возрастных особенностей в части формирования возможностей, предпочтений и других характеристик целевых групп для каждой из них предложены формы реализации адаптированных образовательных программ. Обоснованы предложения по профессиональной подготовке специалистов для реализации Проекта.
