Abstract

В последние годы управление движением капитала претерпевает трансформацию, вектор которой во многом задается предложениями и рекомендациями Международного Валютного Фонда. Особенно актуальным становится управление импортом капитала в свете возможного сокращения мягкой монетарной политики в странах ЕС и США. Круг стран, которые прибегают к нему, расширяется и захватывает многие развивающиеся рынки. В предлагаемой статье критически оцениваются особенности, классификация и принципы применения экономического инструментария для управления импортом капитала.
