Развитие Проектов Разработки Инновационных Лекарственных Средств С Использованием Механизма Зпифов

Abstract

В статье рассматривается возможность использования механизма закрытого паевого инвестиционного фонда (ЗПИФа) для разработки отечественных инновационных лекарственных средств. Проанализирован ряд преимуществ ЗПИФа как инструмента государственно-частного партнерства в проектах разработки инновационных лекарственных средств, как для частных инвесторов, так и для государства. Приведены расчеты стоимости разработки инновационного препарата, выполненные на основании данных о средней стоимости процедур по разработке лекарств в России.
