Применение Двухсекторной Модели Хозяйственной Системы В Условиях Циклического Развития

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам циклического развития экономики. На основе двухсекторной модели хозяйственной системы исследованы плановые и рыночные методы хозяйствования в различных фазах длинных волн Н.Д. Кондратьева. Обоснована необходимость усиления плановых методов в фазе депрессии и в первой половине подъема длинной волны, а в последующих фазах возможность развития экономики в рыночных условиях.
