О Динамике Показателей И Надзорных Мер В Механизме Поддержания Устойчивости Кредитных Организаций

Abstract

В статье отражена связь целей Банка России и кредитных организаций по обеспечению стабильности и устойчивости банков. На данных статистики показаны признаки нарастания рисков. Предложена модель динамического соответствия надзора рискам, качеству банковского менеджмента, отражающая логику нормативных документов Банка России и рекомендации Базельского комитета по банковскому надзору.
