Abstract

В статье с теоретической и практической точек зрения рассматривается задача повышения эффективности управления бизнес-процессами в информационных системах как одного из ключевых факторов развития современных компаний. Автором представлена методика повышения эффективности управления бизнес-процессами на основе теории ограничений, которая заключается в применении метода «барабан-буфер-веревка» для оптимального распределения задач участников бизнес-процессов с учетом статуса их выполнения.
