Abstract

Теория устойчивости учитывает законы организации элементов в функциональное целое. Устойчивое развитие возможно только в неоднородной сложной системе, состоящей из иерархии активных сред, когда между средами имеется система обратных связей, положительных и отрицательных. Познание должно взять мир опыта таким, каков он есть в действительности. Хозяйственный стой России есть организация опыта её коренных народов. Его главная особенность неоднородность экономической структуры национального хозяйства. Она предопределена силами притяжения, которые скрепляют связи между элементами суперэтнической целостности. Попытки разрушить такое состояние неизменно подключали силы отталкивания. Это оборачивалось подрывом суперэтнической целостности и разрушением системы национального хозяйства.
