Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные принципы новой системы обучения в высшей школе в условиях изменения образовательной парадигмы, необходимые для реализации компетентностного подхода в оценке трудовой деятельности преподавателя. Анализируется противоречивость имеющихся в настоящее время методических разработок по расчету нагрузки преподавателей в вузах, целью которых является мотивированное отношение преподавателей к работе, а значит, и повышение качества образования.
