Выбор Оптимальной Стратегии Развития Предприятий Радиоэлектронной Промышленности На Основе Моделирования Прибыли

Abstract

В статье предложено использование авторской модели расчета прибыли от продаж на основе процессно-ориентированного подхода для оценки влияния решений в области управления ассортиментом и производственной специализацией на прибыль от продаж для предприятий радиоэлектронной промышленности. Представлены результаты моделирования рентабельности продаж в рамках двух стратегий: сохранения полного цикла производства и увеличения производственной специализации. Сделан выбор оптимальной стратегии развития для исследуемых предприятий.
