Abstract

В статье рассматривается формирование кадрового резерва предприятий, исходя из запросов бизнеса и корпоративной культуры. Наряду с определением целей компании определяется подход к работе с кадровым резервом. Также в работе рассматривается алгоритм постановки системы работы с кадровым резервом на примере Объединенной угольной компании «Южкузбассуголь». Проведен SWOT-анализ состояния проблемы, связанной с формированием и подготовкой кадрового резерва.
