Abstract

В статье в агрегированном виде представлены основные международные и национальные нормы регулирования банковской деятельности и формирования процедур оценки достаточности капитала на основе совокупности базельских соглашений по капиталу (стандарты «Базель I, II, III»). Кратко раскрыты аспекты взаимосвязи между нормативным регулированием оценки достаточности капитала и практикой управления капиталом коммерческого банка.
