Технология Реализации И Внедрения Контроллинга В Торговых Сетях На Основе Erp-Системы

Abstract

В статье приводится описание технологии функционирования системы контроллинга в разрезе ключевых направлений: контроллинг закупок; контроллинг продаж; контроллинг логистики; финансовый контроллинг; контроллинг маркетинга; контроллинг персонала. Совокупность разработанных модулей системы контроллинга позволит руководству предприятия осуществлять контроллинг всех сфер деятельности предприятия, что обеспечит возможность получения оперативной и достоверной информации о состоянии предприятия. Разработанная система, в отличие от иных информационных систем, позволяет использовать возможности перекрестного анализа по любым необходимым направлениям контроллинга, что особенно актуально в условиях обострившейся конкуренции.
