Abstract

В статье на базе официальных данных о тенденциях развития мировых рынков альтернативного инвестирования (рынки предметов искусства, вин, ювелирных украшений) разрабатываются новые подходы к осуществлению инвестирования и построению эффективного портфеля. В отличие от традиционных объектов капиталовложений (ценные бумаги, недвижимость), рынки альтернативного инвестирования обладают большим нераскрытым потенциалом с экономической точки зрения для инвесторов по всему миру, включая Россию.
