Abstract

Работа посвящена проблеме разработки математической модели, отражающей ведение бизнеса в условиях ограниченного ресурса. В качестве конкретной сферы применения выбран актуальный для Санкт-Петербурга гостиничный сегмент. Учтены факторы динамики и сезонности спроса на данный вид услуг. Определены направления разработки и рекомендации по использованию новых технологий в сфере глобальных информационных сетей для сбыта туристического продукта. Также обоснована необходимость создания новых методов управления, стратегий выживания и роста с учетом использования новых информационных технологий.
