Abstract

Выявлены проблемы практической реализации кредитными организациями требований законодательных и нормативных документов о противодействии легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансированию терроризма (далее ПОД/ФТ) в рамках осуществления процедур внутреннего контроля. Особое внимание уделено организации работы с физическими лицами, добровольно декларирующими активы и счета, выгодоприобретателями и бенефициарными владельцами клиентов. На основе оценки возможности эффективного применения законодательства в сфере ПОД/ФТ, предложены пути по его дальнейшего совершенствования.
