Abstract

В статье рассматривается развитие сектора информационных и коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) как глобальный индикатор. Отражается роль ИКТ в процессе стимулирования экспорта и создания предпосылок для привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций в экономику страны. Особое внимание уделено проблематике развития ИКТ в России. Анализ проведен с учетом особенностей развития ИКТ в российских регионах.
