Abstract

В статье анализируются факторы дифференциации оплаты труда в Российской Федерации на базе данных официальной статистики. Рассматриваются дифференциация по уровню образования, профессиональным группам, видам экономической деятельности, гендерная и территориальная дифференциация. Представлены результаты анализа панельных данных на основе базы РМЭЗ с 2011 по 2013 гг. Построены модели заработной платы с фиксированными и случайными эффектами, межгрупповая и общая модели.
