К Вопросу Об Участии В Межрегиональной Налоговой Конкуренции

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются положения, связанные с участием в межрегиональной налоговой конкуренции. В связи с этим делается акцент на ее целях, задачах, алгоритме деятельности, базирующемся на принципах концепции рациональных ожиданий, когда участники процесса управления учитывают ошибки прошлого и привлекают всю возможную информацию для принятия решений относительно будущего участия в межрегиональной налоговой конкуренции. Доказывается необходимость проведения диагностики показателей налоговой конкуренции по субъектам РФ, с целью выявления позитивного и негативного опыта в региональном налогообложении.
