Abstract

Одним из эффективных механизмов управления развитием предпринимательства является программно-целевой подход. Он успешно реализуется в Краснодарском крае с помощью государственных подпрограмм. В рамках каждой подпрограммы предусматривается реализация комплекса мер по эффективному социально-экономическому развитию региона, включая санаторно-курортную зону.
