Abstract

Проведен социологический опрос и выполнено количе­ственное оценивание взаимовлияния состояния здоровья и образа жизни, а также влияния внешнего окружения и от­дельных мероприятий в сфере охраны здоровья населения на здоровьесберегающее поведение молодежи. Дана оценка персонального здоровья и образа жизни на основе порядко­вых признаков. Выделены шкалы общего здоровья, выра­женности вредных привычек, приверженности к здоровому питанию, вовлеченности в занятия физической культурой и спортом, на основе которых построена типология здоровье-сберегающего поведения.
