Abstract

В статье рассматривается ленинградский опыт развития оборонно-промышленного комплекса в 1930-е годы. На ос­нове детального анализа публичных выступлений С.М. Ки­рова, руководившего городом в 1926-1934 гг., и привлече­ния релевантных эмпирических данных автор делает вывод о возможности использования этого опыта в современной России при разработке стратегии импортозамещения воен­ной и гражданской продукции, создании двойных техноло­гий и развитии системы образования.
