Риски В Логистике Снабжения (На Примере Компаний, Работающих На Российском Рынке)

Abstract

В статье раскрываются и иллюстрируются примерами из российской практики наиболее важные и часто встречающиеся виды рисков, возникающие в цепи поставок. Для систематизации этих рисков была предложена классификация, в основе которой лежат три основных потока материальный, финансовый и информационный, а также три основных логистических процесса: снабжение, производство и распределение. В результате анализа авторами выявлена взаимосвязь рисков и обоснована необходимость системного управления ими.
