Abstract

Автор рассматривает особенности применения доходного подхода, построения модели по методу многопериодных избыточных доходов и варианты расчета доходностей на материальные и нематериальные участвующие активы при оценке таких нематериальных активов, как взаимоотношения с клиентами, технологии производства, другие активы, стоимость которых теснейшим образом связана с бизнесом компании и которые наиболее трудно поддаются выделению из состава гудвилла.
