Abstract

Одним из рыночных инструментов, который с наименьшими издержками для общества способен обеспечить устойчивое развитие предприятия и отрасли в целом, автор рассматривает повышение капитализации. В статье предпринята попытка проанализировать состояние российской электронной промышленности, выявить основные барьеры, препятствующие повышению уровня ее конкурентоспособности. Кроме того, обоснована взаимосвязь между повышением уровня капитализации предприятия и теми преимуществами и экономическими выгодами, которые обеспечивает узнаваемая торговая марка (бренд).
