Abstract

В статье определены цели и принципы регулирования ресурсоснабжающих подотраслей ЖКХ. Ввиду особого экономико-правового статуса организаций коммунального комплекса требуется инвентаризация существующих подходов в антимонопольной политике. Автор рассматривает формирование системы государственного регулирования на основе исследования проблемного поля, включающего объект, субъект, предмет, содержание проблемы.
