Особенности Применения Доходного Подхода При Оценке Биологических Активов В Целях Отражения В Финансовой Отчетности

Abstract

Оценка стоимости биологических активов является одной из наименее разработанных и специфических областей в теории и практике оценки. При отсутствии объектов-аналогов оценщик может использовать методологию доходного подхода, при которой принимается множество субъективных предположений. Автор рассматривает особенности применения доходного подхода к оценке посевов, продуктивного скота, прав за пользование земельными участками сельхозназначения, анализирует недостатки применения доходного подхода, вопросы применения субъективных предположений и альтернативные процедуры по проверке стоимости с применением сравнительного и затратного подходов.
