Abstract

На сегодняшний день гостиничный бизнес является одним из самых прибыльных в мире. Ежегодно в гостиницах разных городов останавливается около 3 миллионов иностранных туристов. И эта цифра с каждым годом увеличивается на 15-20 %. Одним из основных конкурентных преимуществ любой гостиницы, помимо таких осязаемых ресурсов, как помещение, интерьер, мебель, оборудование, на первое место выходят брэнд, уровень сервиса и индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту. Одной из составляющих этих нематериальных ресурсов является отлаженная система управления и современные технические ресурсы, в том числе и телекоммуникационные.
