Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы роли и значения управления творчеством сотрудников и девиантным поведением персонала в современной организации, а также делается попытка классифицировать мотивационные представления, использовав в качестве классифицирующего признака допущение отклоняющегося рабочего поведения.
