Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблем бюджета, бюджетному процессу в Республике Саха (Якутия). Дан анализ доходов и расходов консолидированного бюджета Республики Саха (Якутия) за 2006-2009 гг., из которого видно, что структура доходов в 2006-2009 гг. характеризуется высоким уровнем и существенным увеличением финансовой помощи из федерального бюджета. Предлагаются пути роста доходной базы бюджета Республики Саха (Якутия).
