Abstract

Описываются история развития и основные направления научно-исследовательской работы на юридическом факультете Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета экономики и финансов и соответствующие этим направлениям три образовательных специализации факультета: гражданско-правовая, экономико-правовая и конституционно-правовая. Основное внимание в статье уделено актуальным исследованиям в области государственного регулирования экономики и конституционной юстиции.
