Abstract

Определяется необходимость структурирования регионального экономического пространства с учетом происходящих трансформаций в общественном разделении труда и его обобществлении. Раскрывается содержание основных направлений исследования экономики региона во взаимосвязи отраслевых и территориальных аспектов. Особое внимание уделяется территориальному разделению труда как важнейшему фактору экономического прогресса и как основе территориальной экономической интеграции. Исследуются процессы появления новых отраслевых образований в строительстве и возможности формирования эффективных форм территориально-отраслевого взаимодействия субъектов строительной деятельности.
