Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с использованием компаний спин-офф и их ролью при переходе экономики России на инновационный путь развития. В частности, представлены структура и организация спин-офф процесса и различные варианты взаимодействия между его участниками при научно-техническом трансфере.
