Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты функционирования кредитных деривативов. Раскрыта экономическая сущность и значимость кредитных деривативов как финансового инструмента и с позиции управления кредитным риском. Особое внимание уделено экономико-правовым характеристикам, на основании которых было предложено авторское определение кредитных деривативов в узком и широком смысле.
