Abstract

Управление эффективностью по-прежнему остается важнейшим вопросом менеджмента. В статье рассматривается вопрос создания актуальной системы управления и оценки эффективности для компаний из отрасли товаров народного потребления. Отражены основные тенденции развития систем оценки эффективности, проанализированы их плюсы и минусы и сформулированы основные принципы построения новой системы.
