Abstract

The author has developed a model and a method for strategic management of operating efficiency based on the estimated value of the company; the model and method are meant for handling the problem of multivariate analysis of competencies and resource potential of a company. The novelty of the model and the method is in the fact that they provide a framework for rendering the general strategy into specific prospects, factors, criteria and tasks
