Abstract

В современных условиях строительство доступного жилья является одной из актуальных проблем для России. Государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП) — наиболее эффективная форма реализации приоритетных инвестиционных проектов. Статья посвящена разработке модели ГЧП в инвестиционно-строительной сфере России в целях снижения рисков участников проекта. Модель базируется на систематизации мирового опыта реализации механизма ГЧП и положениях нового федерального законодательства о ГЧП в России.
