Abstract

Программа Европейского Союза Темпус оказала значительное содействие в процессе реформирования сектора высшего образования в Кыргызстане. Данная статья раскрывает вклад программы Темпус на разных уровнях и позволяет рассмотреть инновационные достижения, которые были внедрены при помощи проектов в высших учебных заведениях Кыргызстана и посмотреть на процесс гармонизации систем высшего образования между ЕС и Кыргызстаном.
