Abstract

Как показывает мировой опыт, государственно-частные партнерства (ГЧП) являются наиболее эффективной формой реализации проектов возведения энергоэффективных объектов. В данной статье анализируется опыт стран Европейского союза на примере Великобритании, Германии и Италии, полученный при возведении жилых зданий и социального жилья при участии государства, приводится сопоставительный анализ требований к стандартам энергосбережения обозначенных стран ЕС и российской практики
