Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы модернизации экономики, инновационная и инвестиционная программа социально-экономического развития страны. В рамках реформирования национальной экономики рассматривается новая концепция долгосрочного развития страны, направленная на модернизацию экономики путём создания инвестиционно-инновационного климата, который обеспечил бы экономический рост.
