Abstract

Все множество концепций роста фирмы на основе собственных ресурсов и способностей может быть отнесено к одной из трех парадигм: каузальной парадигме, делающей акцент на исследовании причин, способствующих росту фирмы, парадигме результатов роста, изучающей особенности роста фирмы на различных этапах ее жизненного цикла, и процессной парадигме, рассматривающей, какие изменения происходят в организации в процессе роста и как они способствуют или препятствуют росту.
