Abstract

Развитие современной экономики приводит к тому, что основными ресурсами развития становятся люди и знания, которыми они обладают, интеллектуальный капитал и растущая профессиональная компетенция кадров. Знания представляют собой практическую информацию, которая активно используется в процессе выполнения задач, решения проблем и принятия решений. Знания также являются основным ресурсом формирования интеллектуального капитала организации, который в постиндустриальной экономике становится главным компонентом рыночной стоимости (ценности) компании.
