Abstract

В статье рассмотрены характерные особенности инвестиционных процессов, осуществляемых в рамках антикризисного управления коммерческими структурами. Наряду с этим приведено оригинальное определение кризиса предприятия как процесса потери его жизнеспособности, определены три этапа развития кризиса. Авторами обоснованы организационные и финансовые аспекты инвестиционной политики, обеспечивающей устойчивое развитие субъектов хозяйствования в долгосрочном периоде.
