Abstract

Каждый руководитель знает, что стресс уменьшает трудоспособность сотрудников. Некоторые современные профессии не щадят персонал и задача менеджеров предотвратить стрессовые ситуации и создать максимально комфортные условия для трудовой деятельности. Автор данной статьи предлагает, в помощь современному менеджменту, рассмотреть проблемы и решения стрессовых ситуаций.
