Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные аспекты конкурентоспособности на примере автотранспортных предприятий; представлена методология ключевых показателей качества и конкурентоспособности, на примере Модуля «Качество и конкурентоспособность» Программы KPI, разработанная на базе НИЦ Общества с ограниченной ответственностью «Русская логистическая компания».
