Gamification as an innovative tool of marketing staff of the modern organization

Abstract

Innovational methodological approaches to implementation of staff marketing in practice activity of modern organizations have been considered. Increasing role of gamification as one of most promising and unique elements of incentive and motivation of improve productivity and efficiency of business has been estimated. Specifics of application of gamification in Russia and abroad have been researched. Specific example of evaluation of impact of gaming activities to achieve current objectives of enterprise has been described.
