Особливості Фінансування Діяльності Залізниці В Умовах Акціонування

Abstract

Мета. Критичний рівень фінансового стану залізниці України, необхідність технологічної модернізації та впровадження інновацій в галузі потребують значних інвестицій. Робота присвячена дослідженню мож-ливих джерел залучення фінансових ресурсів, необхідних для розвитку залізничного транспорту в Україні, зокрема, під час акціонування залізничної галузі. Методика. Дослідження на основі аналізу існуючих дже-рел фінансування діяльності корпорацій закордоном та на підприємствах України. Результати. Проведено аналіз ефективних джерел формування фінансових ресурсів, необхідних для модернізації залізничного тран-спорту в Україні. Практична значимість. Впровадження вказаних підходів дозволить обґрунтувати еконо-мічну доцільність і пропорції внутрішнього та зовнішнього джерел фінансування залізничного транспорту в умовах його акціонування.
