Стратегічні Напрямки Розвитку Інноваційного Потенціалу Пат «Укрзалізниця»

Abstract

Мета. Метою статті є надання пропозицій щодо стратегічних напрямків розвитку інноваційного потен-ціалу ПАТ «Укрзалізниця». Результати. Досліджено та запропоновано основні стратегічні напрямки розви-тку інноваційного потенціалу ПАТ «Укрзалізниця». Наукова новизна. Запропоновано основні напрямкам розвитку транспортного сектора економіки України, основні завдання та стратегія інноваційного розвитку ПАТ «Укрзалізниця». Практична значимість. Розв’язання проблем інноваційного розвитку ПАТ «Укрзалі-зниця» безпосередньо пов’язано із забезпеченням розвитку його інноваційного потенціалу. Активізація ін-новаційної діяльності, підвищення її ефективності, визначення та встановлення оптимального поєднання між складовими інноваційного процесу, розширення сфери застосування інновацій та оптимальне плану-вання інноваційної діяльності зумовлюють формування й розвиток інноваційного потенціалу організації. Це залежить від певних умов, за яких соціально-економічна система готова генерувати та сприйняти ту чи ін-шу інновацію.
