Abstract

Розглянуто особливості застосування в практиці управління розвитком складних соціально-економічних систем методу бенчмаркінг як сучасного високоефективного способу аналізу стану, рівня розвитку й про-гнозування можливих результатів дії господарських суб’єктів у майбутньому за умов використання найкра-щих практик господарювання. Проаналізовано теоретико-методологічне підґрунтя процесу бенчмаркінг. Роз-крито зміст концепції бенчмаркінгу. Наведено структурну модель конструювання й реалізації процесу бенч-маркінгу.
