Abstract

Розглянуто особливості управління трудовими ресурсами та оплата праці на підприємствах залізничного транспорту в сучасних умовах господарювання. Надані пропозиції щодо удосконалення організації обліку праці та заробітної плати, а також системи матеріального стимулювання працівників в системі управлінського обліку.
